1. What We Collect
When you create an account, we collect your email address and optionally your name. When you use tools without an account, we collect your IP address solely to enforce the free daily conversion limit. We do not collect payment card data — that is handled entirely by Stripe and PayPal.
2. Your Files
Files you upload for conversion are stored temporarily on our servers. Free accounts: files are permanently and automatically deleted within 1 hour of upload. Pro accounts: files are deleted within 24 hours. We do not read, analyze, share, or retain the content of your files beyond what is necessary to perform the conversion.
3. Cookies
We use session cookies only — to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser, but this will prevent you from staying signed in.
4. Third-Party Services
We use Stripe and PayPal to process subscription payments. These services have their own privacy policies. We receive only the information necessary to confirm payment status — we do not receive your full card number or bank details.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not share your data with third parties except as required by law or to process your payment via Stripe or PayPal.
6. Your Rights
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. To do so, email us at privacy@morphninja.com. We will process your request within 30 days.
7. Children
MorphNinja is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of MorphNinja after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
