Terms of Service — MorphNinja

1. Acceptance

By using MorphNinja, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The Service

MorphNinja provides online file conversion tools for PDFs and images. Free users may perform up to 3 conversions per day with files up to 5 MB. Pro subscribers may perform unlimited conversions with files up to 50 MB.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use MorphNinja to convert, distribute, or process files that are illegal, infringe copyright, contain malware, or violate any applicable law. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate this policy.

4. Your Files

You retain full ownership of files you upload. By uploading, you grant MorphNinja a temporary, limited license to process your file solely for the purpose of performing the requested conversion. We do not claim any rights to your content.

5. Pro Subscriptions

Pro plans are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time. Your Pro access continues until the end of your current billing period. All subscription billing is handled by Stripe or PayPal under their respective terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

MorphNinja is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of data, loss of files, or indirect damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

7. DMCA

If you believe content on MorphNinja infringes your copyright, email legal@morphninja.com with a description of the alleged infringement and your contact information.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. The updated date at the top of this page reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the United States.
